Let’s assume that is actually able to draft 300,000 people. Perhaps 50,000 or so will be capable of combat. The rest might be used in the rear for logistics work and such. But, the Russians are running out of trucks, rails and bridges have been destroyed, etc. So, there’s no logistics capability. And, if the Russians did have such capability they have nothing to transport. No food, or ammo, low on clothes, winter is coming which requires special artic clothes in those climes. Bottom line; these 300,000 bodies are going to be a net drain on Russian fighting capability.
