great idea for no bail needed communities
The solution to “no bail” = disbar the lawyers (District Attorneys on down) who fail to follow the law they took oaths to uphold.
Do that five or six times and they’ll shape up.
ANYONE can file a bar complaint. Just go to the state bar for that state, attach a news story or two as the source or basis of the complaint, and explain the theory of the complaint.
It may take them being (complainer) a family member or the actual victim but seems clear they’re ignoring the law = disbarment is the solution.
