The solution to “no bail” = disbar the lawyers (District Attorneys on down) who fail to follow the law they took oaths to uphold.
Do that five or six times and they’ll shape up.
ANYONE can file a bar complaint. Just go to the state bar for that state, attach a news story or two as the source or basis of the complaint, and explain the theory of the complaint.
It may take them being (complainer) a family member or the actual victim but seems clear they’re ignoring the law = disbarment is the solution.
DeSantis fired one of those ‘prosecutors’ who lets criminals back on the streets ‘before their victims were out of the hospital’ types - and now the guy is suing DeSantis...
It’s not just the people who are hurt - it’s also the people so bullied by criminals they’re afraid to go out at night. Or pick up something at the local CVS.
Democrats run these monsters for office because democrat elites don’t care what happens outside of their gated protected enclaves... Maybe the best place to put these release criminals is next door to the ‘60 Minutes’ crew might get a few hardball questions that way. Or Chuck Todd’s neighborhood...
