I do not in any way agree with your pro Russian stance but you are correct about infrastructure destruction. Even omitting WW2 the US has destroyed a whole lot of infrastructure. The vids of the opening night of shock and awe come to mind. But the Russians cannot complain if the Ukies reply in kind on Russian targets, either with drones or spec ops or long range missiles. And if they choose to blame the US for supplying them, they only need be reminded of the SAMs, Triple A, Radar and comms, MIGs 17 and 21, 122 and 152mm arty. PT 76 and T54 tanks , all supplied to the NVA.
