I’ll add, it looks like Russia has hit the Kryvyi Rih Dam, the purpose to flood away Ukie pontoon bridges downstream and isolate the Ukie bridgehead downstream on the eastern side of the Ingulets River. Sat view shows a lot of civilian population downstream & a couple reports indicate much of the city is flooded. The Ukie troops could be in a very tough position. I hope they were prepared for such a possibility.
This may be a very visible breach of the Geneva Conventions. (Major attack on civilians.) It’s also only about a half step below use of WMD.
