He’s right that it needs to all be brought down. Subsequently, it should be built back up using the same constitutional model but with some added adjustments like term limits, no unions in government service, etc. Things that would prevent the mess we are in right now.

Exactly why should the Senate have the right to bind workers to specific working conditions in this case? Seems to me that Sanders has a solid point. If you argue that they can all be fired, fine. Replace them but I would suggest that they are skilled and not so easily replaced. Of course the Repukes aren’t considering the workers’ bargaining position. They are only thinking about the 2 billion a day. Well... Take it from the Ukraine fund.
