'abortion is not the proviso of the federal government.'

Life is a unalienable right, the Declaration tells us that the role of government is to protect it. That has long been a 'federal' pov for anti abortion.

I know that and agree with you.
My question is a matter of legality.
If every state has an abortion law that permits abortion on some point, does the federal government have the right to set the standard across the country?
