I know that and agree with you.
My question is a matter of legality.
If every state has an abortion law that permits abortion on some point, does the federal government have the right to set the standard across the country?

Seems at least, .gov would have a standard on federal facilities. Or might even argue that places that receive fed money would have standards of care and procedures in order to get such monies.

No… there are plenty of things all states have that the Feds do not gain a right to manage. Also the Supreme Court just ruled on that question.
