Here is a question I have, based on my arguements with liberals.
If every state has an abortion law and provision, howwever strict or lax that law may be, can the federal government regulate it through the Commerce Clause to ensure an identical level of service across the country.
Yes, abortion is not the proviso of the federal government. However, if every state has abortion, can the federal government regulate the standards?

I’ve never heard Graham speak about abortion before. He is a lying jackass.
He is undermining the GOP in the midterms, specifically MAGA candidates and that’s not something new for him.
Linda’s smarminess was particularly visible during that interview. He clearly IS PLAYING FOR THE OTHER TEAM and carrying out orders (from the DNC/UNIPARTY’s Politburo) to try to generate DISTRACTIONS from inflation and the economy.

lindaI personally find abortion with rare exceptions evil as such as rape, incest, life of the mother, etc. I also at the same time recognize it is the total right of the individual states to determine their law least it violate federal constitutional law.
Some states today allow abortion up to just prior to birth, an obscenity. I actually defend this evil in defense of our constitution. I do not defend that evil. It is up to the individual states. What is lacking is the definition of murder and what is life.
The issue is very simple if viewed constitutionally. Each state can define criminal law if it does not go counter to limited federal law over the individual states. Each state can do what they want if it does not violate said mentioned limited federal law.
Answer: Tomorrow, the day AFTER the Biden inflation catastrophe.

Their effort at making the election about abortion was failing, dying out on its own. He just pumped life into it, on the left.
His “bill” would cause zero people on the right to show up, who weren’t already going to. But on the left it probably moved the needle 3-5 points.

Alito was right. He returned the issue to the democratic decisions of the states, which is where it belongs. Graham is a sabatuer, for the Dims.
