Soros-supported prosecutor Buta Biberaj has been booted by a Virginia judge from an appeal case for the father of a student who was raped by a boy wearing a skirt at a school in Loudoun County in 2021.
“All that Scott Smith and his family have ever asked for is that the Loudoun County school system protect their daughter and treat them fairly; it has not,” Bill Stanley, who is the attorney for the father, Scott Smith, stated ...
“The Court’s Order today has corrected, in some measure, the injustice created by Ms. Biberaj’s bias against Mr. Smith, and the Court has restored his hope for a fair trial on the remaining charge against him in his quest to protect his beloved daughter. We are very grateful for the Court’s ruling,” Stanley commented.
Smith attended a school board meeting in 2021 to speak out against the school’s failure to protect his daughter from a cross-dressing predator following her sexual assault in a bathroom in May at Stone Bridge High School in Ashburn. A video surfaced after the meeting showing police cuffing, roughing up, and dragging out the plumber who accused the board of a cover-up of the assault.
...
The male student’s identity was never released. He was charged with sexual assault at two separate high schools and was found guilty in 2022.
The father was convicted of two misdemeanors following the school board meeting. The charges included disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice. Circuit Court Judge James Plowman had previously dismissed Smith’s count of obstruction of justice and the father is now attempting to appeal the disorderly conduct count.
Plowman ordered on Sept. 2 that a special prosecutor be appointed in Smith’s appeal which effectively removed Biberaj and her office from the case.
“There is insufficient evidence to determine whether or not a direct conflict exists that would mandate removal and/or disqualification of the Loudoun County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office,” Plowman’s order contends.
“The concerns about the public confidence in the integrity of the prosecution as well as the Defendant’s concerns regarding the impartiality of the Commonwealth’s Attorney are sufficiently grounded. As a result, the integrity of the Defendant’s due process rights is in jeopardy and must be protected,” the judge charged.
...
How callous, disgusting for that prosecutor, Loudoun County Commonwealth’s Attorney Buta Biberaj to charge this father with anything! OMG
...
“A fair system of criminal justice that is void of both bias and political agendas is the cornerstone of a free society,” Smith said in a comment from his press release that was given to Fox News Digital. “From the beginning, Ms. Biberaj has sought to make an example of me for simply standing up to defend my daughter at the now infamous Loudoun County School Board meeting. Buta Biberaj has demonstrated a bias against me throughout the court proceedings, and she has continued to fan the flames of those who would label parents like me who stand in protection of their kids against dangerous school policies as being ‘domestic terrorists.’”
“Nothing could be further from the truth,” he asserted.
“Buta’s off the case that’s what we wanted. On to fair equal justice hopefully. We look forward to clearing our name, my name, and the family’s name. It hasn’t been a really good look,” Smith remarked, according to ABC 7 News.
“I’m surprised by the court’s decision since I was never given the opportunity to come back and have conversations about the disorderly conduct,” Biberaj
...
“Judge Plowman called me to ask if I was available,” Stafford County Commonwealth’s Attorney Eric Olsen told the media outlet. “As is often the case, a special prosecutor can be necessary because of potential conflict of interest.”
Stanley is adamant that Smith deserves a fair trial.
“Believe it or not, prosecutors are supposed to be impartial. They’re supposed to look at the facts, apply the law and if so, then prosecute. This seemed to turn very political, very quickly, in the battle in Loudoun County, between this prosecutor who had been funded by George Soros,” the attorney commented, asserting that Biberaj “took it upon herself to personally prosecute” the case.
This is not the first time that Plowman has kicked Biberaj’s office to the curb over a case. He booted her office from a serial burglary case in June for “deliberately misleading the Court and the public.”
...
Loudoun's soft-on-crime (and Soros funded) Buta Biberaj has never met a criminal she didn't want to please.
...
“The Commonwealth is deliberately misleading the Court, and the public, in an effort to ‘sell’ the plea agreement for some reason that has yet to be explained,” Plowman stated.
“Biberaj and the Loudoun County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office is hereby REMOVED AND DISQUALIFIED from further prosecution as counsel of record in this matter,” he wrote.
Plowman previously served as the Loudoun commonwealth’s attorney before Biberaj was elected in 2019. He is a Republican.
This one incident is why Terry McAwful isn’t the Dem Front Runner for President in ‘24.
The power of God is amazing.
Ya well most would much rather see that “Power of God” be administered as a bolt of lightning hitting the perp before the rape occurred...
Yep!…..
that was my doing
you’re welcome
this is the least of Biberaj’s problems as she is going to end up seeing hard jail time when the special grand jury has completed its work
This type of prosecutorial misbehavior is what leads people to seek out their own retaliatory justice. The father certainly must know the rapist name.
Because ONE father, justly, raised hob when his daughter was raped.
Had he not been so forceful in advocating for justice the story wouldn’t have made it to the local fish wrap, much less been a huge state and national story.
The writer of this story is terrible!!!!!!
“...a student who was raped by a boy wearing a skirt at a school...”
Was the rapist wearing a skirt or was the boy who was raped wearing a skirt...Or was it a girl wearing a skirt and was raped??????
As it should be. It's time for good men to do bad things to bad people. Vigilante justice WILL fix the problem.
it didn’t play out like that at all tho
the rapist is less the problem
than the environment that is teaching fatherless boys that what this kid did is OK
he was trained to do this, that is the problem - he is not the only one being so conditioned
In this case, “retaliatory justice” came in the form of:
- forcing a school board member to resign
- lawsuits all over the place
- successfully leveraging the issue into a GOP election sweep
- a special grand jury empaneled (no time limit and extremely wide scope)
- a crusading anticommunist AG put in charge
- unprecedented removal of the Soros DA from multiple cases
turns out that “vigilante violence” isn’t necessary to have in our solutions list at all
fun fact: universities have been steering their lowest-scoring students into journalism and education for decades
and here we are
Skirt-wearing teenage boy who was found guilty of raping female classmate in Loudoun County school’s girl’s bathroom pleads NO CONTEST to groping another girl’s breasts at his new high school months later..

Not that it’s normal, but that does make more sense...Thanks...
The school board tried their best to sweep it under the table. Pop wouldn’t let them and got arrested for it. Without the arrest nothing would be known about it.
The fact that the father who objected to the school board’s indifference to his daughter’s rape is still facing legal problems and not the members of the school board who actively protected the rapist, unnamed because he’s a juvenile, is why people are starting to get fed up.
Glenn Youngkin demanded that Loudoun County Superintendent Scott Ziegler and the school board resign following a email that showed the board was made aware on May 28 that a female student reported she had been sexually assaulted by a male student in a girl’s bathroom.
The email was sent to school board members about a month before Ziegler said at a board meeting that he had no record of assaults in the school district’s bathrooms.
Youngkin , email confirms what we know, which is we had administrators at a school board who have been covering this up.
https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/4006323/posts
Youngkin said the investigation into the cover-up must include the county prosecutor, Buta Biberaj, “who clearly knew what was going on ..
After slamming Democrat Attorney General Mark Herring for failing to launch an investigation into the assault..
Additionally, Youngkin called out the Department of Justice, which directed the Federal Bureau of Investigations and other law enforcement agencies to “address threats against school administrators, board members, teachers and staff” at school board meetings after a letter from the National School Boards Association requested federal assistance to combat threats they deemed to be “the equivalent to a form of domestic terrorism and hate crimes.” The NSBA has since apologized for the language used in the letter.
“The FBI needs to stop trying to silence parents in Virginia… and investigate this entire circumstance,” Youngkin said.
