Residents of several cities in the Rostov region reported a powerful explosion. Citing eyewitnesses, local publication 161.ru noted that the distance between some of the witnesses was nearly 125 miles.
The sound of the explosion was heard by 161.ru readers in Rostov-on-Don, Azov, Taganrog, Novoshakhtinsk, Shakhty, Novocherkassk, Aksay, and Yeysk.
According to eyewitnesses, "fences trembled in some places" after the explosion and car alarms went off in Rostov-on-Don. Near the village of Peshkovo (about 30 miles from Rostov-on-Don), witnesses noticed three or four sources of black smoke.
Baza, citing eyewitness accounts, videos and photos on social media, reported that an air-defense system in Taganrog had been triggered, and that black smoke could be seen near the village of Chaltyr (about 12 miles from Rostov-on-Don).
161.ru wrote that the press service of the main directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Rostov region had no information about the explosion or other emergencies. Representatives of the regional authorities have not commented on the situation.

Indeed...
LOL, where the EU is winning and how the win looks like? The explosions are said to be sonic booms.
Could this be further work of National Republican Army (Russia) an underground partisan group of Russians inside Russia working towards the violent overthrow of the Putin government?
Good morning from the Ministry of Accidental Russian Fires!
1- Moscow remains in Russian hands.
Belgorod, Kursk, Bryanks and now Perm remain contested.A fire mysteriously broke out at a Russian military research facility on Thursday.
Multiple videos shared on social media showed the fire at the Central Research Institute of the Aerospace Defense Forces in the city of Tver. The city is located about 111 miles from the Russian capital city of Moscow.
2- Russia’s Military Situation is Going From Bad to Worse
A giant explosion occurred at an arms factory in the Russian city of Perm. This is some 700 miles east of Russia’s capital, Moscow, and over 1,000 miles away from Ukraine’s borders.
Ever since Putin, who is now getting totally paranoid, invaded Ukraine on February 24 with some 200,000 troops, the invasion has been a dud for the Russians.
3- Striking back with explosions, fires, and sabotages at Russian arms depots, fuel depots, and other military facilities, usually without causing any civilian or military victims.
One particularly high-profile target hit was a weapons search institute in Tver, near Moscow, where seven staffers perished and 25 were wounded.
And so it begins

Fighting without pay is the number one way to encourage your soldiers to revolt/desert.
LOL. Russia is using around 10% of it’s troops. If Russia took Eukraine seriously, it would be over in a week. The western propaganda is marvelous, Mengles had to learn it from someone.
All those “Hitler Rants” video parodies will have to be replaced with an actor who looks like Putin. I suggest Daniel Craig.
“All those “Hitler Rants” video parodies”
I didn’t even know these Hitler-rant parodies existed until you mentioned them. Maybe it’s just me, but, I just didn’t find them particularly interesting.

I don’t know if you have seen any of the bizarre PR commercials made by Putin & broadcast on Russian TV. As far as Putin goes, these stupid political commercials are actually the real purest parody of Putin.
When I had mentioned one of them to a Russian gentleman, he laughed & told me the Russian public just referred to Putin’s commercials as Mickey Mouse for adults!
I think a cross thread post (apoligize for that) where a FReeper was saying that any attacks by the Ukes into Rus was beyond the pale.
Rostov on Don is less than 50 miles from Donetzk, near where the Don River flows into the Sea of Azov behind Crimea. The Don Cossacks are a significant part of the history of that area. They bitterly fought the Bolshevik takeover of Russia in their area a century ago. I can certainly imagine current residents of that area being part of underground partisan groups working inside Russia.
The monster dictator of Uganda recently died after years of exile in Saudi Arabia. The Shah of Iran died in exile of cancer. Let us hope that Putin soon does the same. Choices—Syria, Iran, China, N. Korea, Venezuela, Cuba, Palestine. Choice vacation sites. Sucks to be him!
Elsewhere it was suggested that as a result of the Uke advances around Kharkiv it might be possible for them to use the old style missiles to strike the railroad in Russia running parallel to the Ukraine border. They would be close enough to the border to use those munitions rather than the modern long range missiles that could justify Russia in changing their recruitment limitations from mostly volunteers to a draft.
