If the lump is a lipoma, the reason the surgeons have not removed it is because it has grown into his spinal cord. Otherwise, surgical removal of lipomas is a no-brainer.

The Dems internal polls show Fetterman cratering because he has been so thoroughly exposed. Now the lib media is starting the campaign to scuttle him at the last minute and plug-in a “safe” choice. First the Pittsburgh paper now the WaPo. Look for the Philadelphia Inquirer to follow shortly. That will be the obvious “tell”.
Paranoid read: Fetterwoman’s health is marginally good enough and the WaPo wants to make the race about that rather than his soft on crime stances.
