Arizona Can’t Enforce New Election Law in 2022 Election: Federal Judge
The Epoch Times ^

Arizona officials can’t enforce a new election measure in the upcoming midterm elections, according to a federal judge.

Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs and other officials shall not “take any action to implement or enforce H.B. 2243 in a manner that would remove any voter’s eligibility to vote in the 2022 general election or disqualify any otherwise-valid ballot on the basis of H.B. 2243,” U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton, a Clinton appointee, said in the Sept. 8 order.

AZ HB2243 adds a statement to an otherwise innocuous list of things that have to be on a voter registration form. On AZ’s leigslative website, there is a presentation of the bill, with the change in caps and highlighted. The following is the only change in HB2243.

24. A STATEMENT THAT IF THE REGISTRANT PERMANENTLY MOVES TO ANOTHER STATE AFTER REGISTERING TO VOTE IN THIS STATE, THE REGISTRANT’S VOTER REGISTRATION WILL BE CANCELED.

On what legal basis the Clinton judge finds this objectionable is a mystery. It’s hard to fathom how merely agreeing that if you relocate to another state, you can’t be registered to vote in AZ is onerous or discriminatory. The only thing I can think of is that if AZ law does not otherwise provide for cancellation of voter regiatration, then the provision shouldn’t be in a law about what must appear on the voter registration document. But I cannot imagine that AZ law has no such provision.

“Somehow, Democrats can always find a judge for an ‘emergency appeal’ but never Republicans, it seems.”

Where do you think they have been spending the millions of campaign cash?

"Republicans should have been ready for this."

They were and are...
They are in their usual fetal position sucking their thumbs and whimpering...

Good visual on how many GOPe/RINO’s operate and look when people look to them for representation.

Federal courts have ruled the State get to decide unless the cheating by liberals is harmed.

AZ should tell the judge to F’ off.

Of course betrayers are the worst. You can date a woman who is promiscuous hoping she will change, or a man. If you marry that person, and they still live the “hook up life”, you have to dump them. They are irretrievably bent.

If the R you elect is more RINO than Conservative, they are also irretrievably bent. There is no fixing them, you may as well “get a divorce and go courting” for an elected official who will be faithful.

The Matt Gaetz, Ron and Rand Pauls are few and far between, and are hated by a lot of so called Conservatives.

I can only think of a few, as the most visible is Ted Cruz, and I don’t trust him as he is on the hunt for bigger things and he NEEDS us.

It is up to the same Legislature who passed the law, to institute it and ignore the court. THEY have the superior position of power within the Constitution.

The Rats can *always* depend on finding judges that will support The Big Guy's “most extensive and effective voter fraud operation in history”.
