Georgia Republicans Walker, Kemp widen lead over Democratic opponents: poll

Georgia Republican Senate nominee Herschel Walker and incumbent GOP Gov. Brian Kemp are both widening their leads over their Democratic opponents, according to a poll.

Former NFL star Walker is ahead of incumbent Democrat Sen. Raphael Warnock by 47-44%, an InsiderAdvantage/FOX 5 Atlanta poll released Thursday shows. Libertarian nominee Chase Oliver is receiving 4% support with 5% of voters still undecided.

An Emerson College poll last month showed that Walker, who was endorsed by former President Donald Trump, led Warnock 46-44%.

"Warnock is winning among younger voters and seniors but trails badly among those 40-64. Men support Walker at 60%, while women support Warnock at 55%," InsiderAdvantage Chairman Matt Towery said about the most recent poll. He predicted that the race could head to a runoff.

Meanwhile, Gov. Kemp is ahead of Democrat Stacey Abrams 50-42%. Kemp, who beat Abrams in 2018, was heavily criticized by former President Trump over his handling of the 2020 election.

I sure would like to see Walker win. I met him once with Kyle Petty. He’s a great person, IMHO.

Libertarians, it’s time to suck it up and vote for the Republicans.

If these elections go to runoffs, we’ve seen how those turn out.

The steal will be glaringly obvious but none dare mention it on pain of FBI “visitation”.

Abrams is the Beto O'Rourke of Georgia. She runs every single time and raises a lot of money from Hollywood. Saves her having to do any real work. Kemp will CRUSH her.

Freaking Losertarians! If we lose the Georgia senate seat because of a Libertarian candidate then we need to destroy them once and for all.
Where are they with the fascist attacks on Trump and MAGA supporters? Just like the ACLU. When it suits their purpose they abandon their supposed founding principles. You have to be a total idiot to vote libertarian.

I’d love to see that blob of goo Abrams lose again. But she’ll still claim victory and victim hood.

“Freaking Losertarians”

Libertarians are liberals on social matters. Atheist or agnostic on moral issues.

On economic matters they are - no, not conservative - they just like anything goes when it comes to grabbing money with both hands. They are greedy; not a good thing.

Libertarians seem to love to “send a message” by making sure a Democrat Socialist wins.

I think you're right. Libertarian candidates probably take as many votes from the Democrats as from the Republicans.

There were times when the small percentage of Libertarian votes in many states didn’t mean anything but a symbolic gesture.

But lately a lot of close ones needed every single vote for keep the GOP above drowning. The rigged election forces and the media propaganda and distortions mean the deadly waters of defeat are up to our nostrils now.

Sorry but no tolerance from me for Libertarians causing loss of elections. America is at stake. How would life and freedom look with the end of the filibuster and incoming Dem control of the US Senate ——watching from a TV while the FBI is heading for their home’s door to take them to the gulags?

All in for GOP to win and we’ll worry about the RINO and semi-RINO variations next time.

Kemp will win but he’s not going to crush her. He may have a four or five point margin not more
