The biased media used that description over and over starting in 2016. The leftist are afraid to tell the truth and describe Trump as the former President of the United States.
I would hope he has better advisors regarding appointments, etc., than he had during his first term. Too many of those first term appointments were disasters, not only for him, but for the nation, too.
Also, he needs to clean house of every current appointee and replace them with ‘his’ people. He has learned, I hope, that he cannot work with Democrats nor establishment Republicans.
