I interpreted it as being that the medical exam on the girl, showed that 22 different men had intercourse with her, within that 24 hour time period.
Anyway around I it’s very sad for that child and contemptible for any society to allow it.
semen may be viable for only 24 hours but the dna is there for as long as the cells are there.
That’s how I interpreted it, maybe wrongly. I took it to mean there was “viable” semen inside her orifaces.
