My reaction too
Exactly! Want to join my team? You’ve got the Talking Points down cold for when we talk to our ‘Dark Money’ Investors.

It seems that if a city is unlivable it’s also already uninhabitable.
Didn’t St. Al Gore say Miami would be underwater in 2000? I don’t believe it—wake me when Venice sinks under the waves.
Will they look like Fetterman? Adam Schiff? Jerry Nadler?
I’m starting to run now.
Al Gore, the prophet.
I can’t find the book line where he said “we are soon going to experience the first year without a winter. The calendar will say its winter but here will be no snow or ice because of global warming.”
Every year of scraping windshields and removing snow makes Gore like more of a rodeo clown than ever.
Everglades Island (Palm Beach) $30M properties. (Note the high tide watermark.)

The MSM wants to eat your BRAIN
Monkeys could fly out of my butt also…
Land rises and falls as well. Coastlines accumulate sand dunes which march inland over decades. Everything is always changing.
Rather than impoverish our society by “green” rules which are generally scams, we should simply seek to make ourselves and our society as rich and resilient as possible. That will give us options for dealing with whatever surprises lurk.
We’re not paying attention, Miami is under water for what, ten years now.
When bammy sells his ocean front property in Mass and Hawaii I may pay attention.
What they don’t realize is sea levels have risen. 26,000 years ago the seas were lower but began to rise as ice began to melt. Long before suvs and factories.
“After all, he promised that his election would stop the sea from rising..... “
And a promise kept.
Somebody better tell Obama because his mansion on Martha’s Vineyard is barely above sea level.
And that was a 400 foot rise!
Having the beach closer is great. The less time i spend in new jersey the better.
“Charlsetown SC has the same waterfront from the 1600’s.”
You just stated the biggest problem we have. It seems that maybe 75% of the US citizens know nothing about history. They do not know US history and more importantly, do not know world history.
