I don’t understand the hostility. She seemed like a nice lady that many Brits loved and revered. She did her job without complaining. You’d think she was a Bin Ladin equivalent with the way some people behave.

Not really. We wanted to have a voice in how we were governed. The same voice that people living in England had. In the end we decided to go with another form of government but Monarchy was considered.
