The Queen just was, through thick and thin. She had a wry sense of humor as well. I admire her sense of duty to the end but not only that, she chose where she wanted to spend her last days. She was the most public person but still found a way to live privately and enjoy the outdoors.
In my opinion, she should’ve kept Hong Kong.
She was understated and dignified. She found a way to keep the monarchy relevant through an era of changes, challenges and modernity.
Can Charles and, assuming the monarchy survives, William do the same?
