I’m working on a case right now where the stepdaughter embezzled $400 to $500 thousand from her stepfather’s business. She feels no shame or guilt and is still working in his office.
He is going to potentially lose everything and still can’t teach her consequences of her actions.

Notice the study addresses “socially conservative” not fiscally conservative.

Yes, it just might (possibly).
HOWEVER, this conclusion can be turned 180 degrees when
these children attend public, liberal schools, indoctrunated
and immursed in liberal teachings only to return home and to turn parents into liberal zombie clowns -producing an entire
family of the same non-thinking, order taking, foot soldiers.

That theory doesn’t hold for the liberals I knew. The liberal mindset is deeply ingrained.
There may be some cases where liberals are forced to deal with reality (due to life altering circumstances) but for the most part they are highly resistant to changing their views.
Decades of brain washing is very hard to reverse.
