President Biden said that American women were awakened by the Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade while rallying Democrats ahead of the midterm elections.
“Republicans have awakened a powerful force in this country: women,” Biden said. “Here you come.”
He blasted Republicans for their stances on abortion, among other issues, during his remarks at the Democratic National Committee summer meeting in National Harbour, Md. The event Thursday evening marked 60 days until the midterms.

Probably would have been fine had candidates not talk about banning the hill and other birth control. Once, we had the win, republicans couldn’t be happy for a minute and started wanting to ban more.
This is one of those issues where right is right. Roe v Wade shouldn’t happened and needed corrected. If we lose some seats for it, so be it.

Who was talking about banning birth control? I heard a lot of Dems claiming that it “would be next”, but can’t remember any of our people proposing it.
I doubt most of that makes a diff. Women arent great at taking the pill daily given all the oopsies babies, and the fact women generally like condomless sex more. “More exciting.”

Inventing rights not never mentioned in the constitution is something no one should tolerate.
What if we said we should be able to personally have tactical nukes because they are the modern equivalent of cannons. Even though its less of a stretch than abortion being under the privacy clause, I don’t think people will be buying that argument.
On compromise we might be able to get some small howitzers or grenade launchers for personal use... :)

I look at these events in light of Jeremiah 34:8-17 when the people had an opportunity to repent of sin and escape condemnation but some wicked people strove against the Lord, took back repentance by enslaving their brethren again, with the consequence that: “Therefore this is what the Lord says: You have not obeyed me; you have not proclaimed freedom to your own people. So I now proclaim ‘freedom’ for you, declares the Lord—‘freedom’ to fall by the sword, plague and famine. I will make you abhorrent to all the kingdoms of the earth.”
From the moment Roe was overturned this nation was given an opportunity to repent but these extremely wicked people who are striving to champion the murder of innocents want not only to prevent this, they want to increase our guilt if they can.
