DOJ is judge shopping, wouldn’t be surprised if they went to KKKalifornia or NYC.

It really pisses me off when one part of the government appeals to another part of the government. That circle jerk can continue forever.
That should be against the law.

There is nothing about Merrick Garland that is not asshole.
You can’t appeal a Florida case to California or New York.
Look it up.
They’ll find a Big Guy appointee...or an Osama Obama appointee...to overturn the ruling and then block any attempts to reinstate it. We’d be wise to prepare for DJT being indicted. Why? Because the Big Guy’s Department of Just Us is thoroughly corrupt and depraved *and* because 98% of the nation’s judges are Maoists...regardless of who might have appointed them.
Of course the would appeal. How dare anyone interfere with their election tampering!
What they don’t want is for a Special Master to review the “classified” documents because they don’t want a decision made that they have been properly declassified and are not a national security threat. As is normal in court cases involving classified documents/information the court can seal the “evidence” from the public and deny the defendant the ability to argue the classification of the document. If a Special Master rules that the documents are not classified then Trump can talk about them in court, (or in public), without fear of violating the law.
Giddy up.
They want to rush the documents to a grand jury so they can make a quick indictment whenever they choose.
No administration ever treated an ex president of either party in this manner.
