Mother rapers, father stabbers, father rapers along with the rest of the Group W bench are delighted. Why bother with laws when there never can be consequences.

How about some modernization here, like a lethal dose of fentanyl? Better living through chemistry, for the rest of us.

Maoists are trying to eliminate the DP by ruling out any drug that has been used or might be used in executions. They've convinced the companies that make them not to sell to prisons. That's their strategy...step by step...to defy the will of the people in many states.
To: buckalfa
A method of execution that was lawful among the several States when the Constitution was ratified (firing squad) cannot be unconstitutional.

The constitution specifically says that death must be only partially fatal.

They had electricity back when they wrote the Constitution?

So maybe a criminal that has killed someone by curule and unusual methods should be executed bu the same method.

The end result is the same regardless of the method. What a crock.

Gary Gilmore was a stone-cold killer. And for no reason. Or for may reasons.
Always respected him for choosing a Firing Squad over other ‘choices’ available to him at the time for his deserved execution.
‘The Executioner’s Song.’ Novel (Norman Mailer) or Movie/TV series with Tommy Lee Jones.
Yeah, they made him somewhat, ‘sympathetic’ even back in the day, but still a good True Crime story.
