Because THERE IS NO TREATMENT ALLOWED for Wuflu.
You are give some Tylenol, a deadly drug which kills 500 people a year in the US that has never been tested for WuFlu treatment, and sent home to get better or die.
If you have the flu on the other hand they will now treat you at least. I guess their little game of labeling everything WuFlu and treating no one has ended now there is no financial incentive.
