For justice to be obstructed there must first be an attempt to serve it. This is merely covering up corruption.
The prosecutor that Brandon openly bragged about getting fired was hot on the trail of Burisma. So there you have mis-using American funds to shake down a foreign leader, and obstructing justice. He should never have been nominated, and did not win. He should be impeached ASAP.
