No, we already know that when Ukraine reports, it is always subject to scrutiny until we have more information. The Ukes tend to use the same tactics as Palestinians.
Whenever they are losing, the other side hit a hospital or something and baby buggies and teddy bears lay in the rubble.. That is until we find out the Ukes were hiding troops in this type of place for this very purpose.
