Be funny if California soon orders public charging stations to shut down during periods of marginal power generation.
“Just leave the government out of it and the free market will take care of itself.”
Agree, but unfortunately that doesn’t seem an option, with electric cars now MANDATED by 2035 in much of the country.
Base price $76K
With all the goodies he added was $100K
Crusing 300 miles
towing 150miles.
He said he was a contractor around the SF bay area.
All electric...tail gate electric....bed cover...electric...

Made in Illinois. In the old Chrysler/Mitsu jv plant.
It will be a good market for flatbed towing companies.
This kind of edict was supposed to come down after gas-powered cars were banned and unavailable, not before.
Thankfully our domestic tyrants have not yet quite got their “A” game going...
Wait till the state and fed government start to charge a road use tax on those things.
Got an EV? Then here is your yearly road use tax...5 grand..or more!

If I had air conditioning, I’d set it for 60 deg at 4 pm and open some windows. And change the water heater timer from 4am to 4pm.
Smart Californians will buy a Generac for their home.
I am waiting for some VIP to need an ambulance & it cannot make the call because it is waiting for a “Charge”.
What will happen when all the TOW trucks have to be EV’s?????
