The gross misuse of the Marine Band and Marines in dress uniform as set pieces is a violation of federal law by this nasty, senile old man. Full of hate and name calling, the speech and its staging reminded me of Leni Reifenstahl’s 1936 documentary entitled Triumph of the Will.
