California Democrats in the State Assembly and State Senate have advanced legislation that would make the state a sanctuary where out-of-state parents can take their children to undergo sex change procedures.
On Monday, the legislative body passed Senate Bill (SB) 107 along party lines, with all 19 Republican assemblymembers voting against it and 60 Democrats supporting it. State Senator Scott Weiner introduced the bill, and a release from his office asserted it would “provide refuge for trans kids and their families.”
On Wednesday, Weiner announced it had passed the State Senate and “was on its way to” Gov. Gavin Newsom’s (D) office. It passed the senate by a 30-9 margin, the Sacramento Bee reported.

Parent or guardian consent is not necessary. From CaliforniaFamily.org’s reading of the bill:
“The bill would additionally prohibit a court from considering the taking or retention of a child from a person who has legal custody of the child, if the taking or retention was for obtaining gender-affirming health care or mental health care.”
Scott Wiener and the other 59 Demonrats in the State Senate are pure evil; Satan’s minions let loose in the world.
CA meet millstone.
Keep it up, ya leftist morons; rain can wait.
It’s a state law normal isn’t allowed here trust me I live in LA.
Sounds blatantly unconstitutional.
The Left have already redefined family and marriage. Now they’re after gender and children. We MUST plant our flag and prepare to fight for our children. Anything less will lead to total destruction.
Thanks for the information. It’s bad enough to have your own child mutilated. If you mutilate someone else’s child, without parental consent (not that any parent should consent), you deserve to face consequences from that family.
