Word will spread among the pervert community too steer clear of that person.A cake that tastes, and looks,terrible...flowers that are all wilting...pictures that are poorly lit and out of focus will do the trick.
But can he shoot same sex couples?
Any person providing non-essential artistic works should be free to deny producing a work that is contrary to what they approve of, not due to what manner of person the customer is, but the manner of what the work is for, just as a commercial recording artist should not be forced to write a song celebrating what they abhor.
The problem is that refusing to be complicit in the celebration of a homosexual wedding is treated as a matter of race, which homosexuality is not since it relates to behavior, which race does not equate to (though a culture does), even though the same service would be denied of a straight person asking for a work for the purpose of celebrating homosexual events.
The ruling covers all of the USA.
Recall “Bake the Cake”?
These inhabitants are delusional.
Why would you duress a service provider prior to services rendered.
Very counterproductive. Pathetic self centered money grubbing tactics that the left wants to foster against the right.”

Her.
If you read the article you would have found that she didn't hire or fire anyone. This was all preemptive. She did it to make sure she wouldn't have to hire homosexuals. Nobody came to her looking for service.
What of you are not comfortable with, or outright scared of taking pictures or catering at a satanic wedding or a gangster family wedding?
Yeah, I hear your camera can get real smashed up by the don's oldest son at those gangster weddings.
That’s racism! You must serve every customer with courtesy and a smile on your face, regardless of smell, behavior or reaction of your other customers. And you must have a BLM sign prominently displayed in your front window, so they’ll know where to throw the firebombs at after they’re done looting you. You may not be able to point it out to them, if you’re bleeding or dead.
Pronouns, shmonouns-)
The worm is beginning to turn ever so slowly. Whether this continues is anyone’s guess.
Not really. The Court was mealy-mouthed and evasive about actually ruling on the constitutional rights of business owners and addressing the obvious crux of the issue. They just said that the Colorado “rights” commission was too mean to Jack Phillips. If they had been nicer with their fascism, they would have been in the clear.
Jack Phillips still can’t make custom wedding cakes for ANYONE because he won’t make one for two fags, thanks to the Supreme Court not doing their job.
Orange Man Great planted seedling judges. They are now saplings, and one day they will become a great forest.
From the article.
“Nelson filed the suit (against the government) preemptively, having never been approached by a same-sex couple for a wedding photography shoot. However, she claimed that her wedding photography business had suffered because of the Fairness Ordinance, saying she was afraid to market openly in case she was fined.”
She was afraid to market openly. That’s exactly the goal of this tactic (sue people for not performing services for your personals perversion ceremony) is to make every business scared to death to refuse any pervert anything for fear of being sued into bankruptcy.
Everyone knows that even if you successfully defend your business, the legal cost will destroy you.
This is terrorism using our screwed up legal system that allows and even encourages this.
The left is math-impaired.
Interesting idea.
It’s really not that simple when the gaystapos has targeted the business in the first place. If the vendor does a bad job, it only gives them more ammunition to sue, and claim the bad job was done because of bias.
