Members of the South Carolina House on Tuesday passed a near-total ban on abortion from the time of conception with exceptions — another major milestone for the pro-life movement in a post-Roe world.
The bill failed to pass the first time, as it did not originally have exceptions for pregnancies caused by rape or incest. The second time, however, Republicans successfully passed the bill 67-38 with those exceptions added. It still has a way to go before reaching the governor’s desk — another vote in the House and then a battle in the state’s Senate as lawmakers accuse each other of attempting to control a woman’s body.

How can it be “near total” and “with exceptions” - exceptions so large you could drive a truck through them?
Suburban women want to provide men with casual, unprotected sex without any romance, commitment or long term financial obligations.
In other words, they want to be sluts without consequences.
In a year when Republicans could have picked up so many seats in Congress, they choose to screw it all up with this obsession.
What the h*ll are you talking about?
You are correct.
If Kansas voted 60% against an abortion ban, that says support isn’t even there for Republican voters. We will lose many more freedoms because of a permanent Democrat majority.
Why do you want them to pick up seats if they aren’t allowed to do anything with those seats? Curious
Yep, it was the right decision but wrong (Deliberate????) timing.
They should have waited until Feb 2023, then we could have fought this out in the 2023 elections which mean nothing and gotten it all out of everyone’s system by 2024.

No! They want to give men what they want without any consequences so that men will like (love) them.

Just to keep Democrats from passing more crap really.
