Across the globe, one hundred and thirty-four countries are criminalized or prosecuted due to criminal laws against HIV transmission, non-disclosure and exposure. Lower rates of HIV treatment and viral suppression are present and more likely in those countries that criminalize the virus. In a recent article by Mandeep Dhaliwal, director of the HIV and Health Group for the United Nations Development Program, states that the decriminalization of HIV is “scientifically proven and morally correct.”
Laws that target people living with HIV hinder the progress of the United Nations' political declaration to ends AIDS by 2030, which is supported by 165 countries.
Dhaliwal explains that criminalization is constructively harmful, cost lives, and wastes money. HIV criminalization targets fixed populations that include sex workers, men that have sex with men, transgender people, needle users and their partners, and other marginalized groups. In 2021, these groups, combined, accounted for 70 percent of new HIV cases.

The fail to mention that HIV isn't being criminalized, but the wanton exposure of a potentially deadly disease to other, the ACTION, is and should be.
The same people that want to put me in jail for not wearing a mask want fags with HIV to be able to have sex without telling their partners they have AIDS.
SICK
To “decriminalized” those with HIV who want to have sex with others without disclosure, others who “stigmatize” them MUST be criminalized.
They don’t openly tell you that part.
End goal: Getting it into the blood supply.
Abortion: Scientifically Proven to Kill a Living Human Being, which is Morally Wrong.
But Covid lockdowns, quarantine camps and 24/7 tracking are awesome and scientific?
STFU.
The entire article is a mess of incoherency.
First sentence: “Across the globe, one hundred and thirty-four countries are criminalized or prosecuted due to criminal laws against HIV transmission, non-disclosure and exposure.”
Countries are “criminalized?” What does that even mean?
Targeted “stigma” will now become the newest, serious “hate crime.” Watch and see.
This will even be extended to dating if the pervs have their way.
Does the WEF have its own blood bank?
Great summary.
Because HIV+ ρhαgs want to ‘raw dog’ their partners without being criminally liable.
“Laws that target people living with HIV hinder the progress of the United Nations’ political declaration to ends AIDS”
LOL, sure, letting queers give everyone AIDS without a care in the world is going to help end AIDs.
“This will even be extended to dating if the pervs have their way.”
I’ve been saying it for years. Eventually, you will have to submit to having sex with any queer, trannie, or other freak who demands it or they will label you a bigot and put you on a list.
It is amazing how many articles/blogs are written at a below-high school level of literacy. It’s one thing to screw up when you’re just an ordinary schmoe posting on social media. But if you’re writing an article for publication on a website, or on your own blog, a lack of care in proofreading suggests to me a lack of care in preparing the substance of your article as well.

2030 ROFWL
Hey, I have a deadly virus in me, in a state that makes infection with any other sex partner a likelihood.
And why should NOT saying that be a crime????
The crazies that say it should not be a crime to give someone the benefit of the knowledge that you have HIV, ignore that making it a crime still leaves room for all sorts of “compassion” in what the penalsties for the crime are.
At the final point, when someone dies of HIV having been infected by someone who failed to identify his positive HIV status, is it murder? I think it is.
Then men have no responsibility for children? No child support, right?
Then drunk drivers can’t be charged and prosecuted, right?
Then people with mental issues can’t be held responsible for any harms they may cause, right?
I almost want to say let them have at it and destroy themselves, or kill each other over it. But keep the fags away from the blood banks - permanently.
I love the way the idiot writer tries to correlate criminalization of HIV with lower rates of treatment and suppression of HIV. Maybe there are lower rates of treatment cause the country cannot afford to treat the infected? Maybe that’s why HIV transmission was criminalized in the first place. Ya think? Cause they knew they couldn’t treat it well ,logistically speaking.
These disease vectors want everyone to be living with HIV. So they won’t have to face death alone Their fulfillment of their desires is what spreads it. Lifesaving transfusions is a minimal contributor to the spread of HIV. Who knows, HIV may kill the population yet.
They at least want a cross section of the general population to have it at the same rate they do.
Remember the 80's slogan? "AIDS is everyone's problem." That said it all.
