This should be fairly easy to figure out. Knowing that the rot is prevalent from within and at the top on down going back for decades, this fall guy was persuaded to be scapegoated either through a secreted financial dream deal and “save the bureau” type assignment (that also fed his ego ala Robert Hansen) - or, they leveraged the discovery of child porn on his PC and gave him a trade. Either way, this deal was likely rushed in a panic due to the upcoming (supposed) dozen whistle blowers that have come forth to our reps. It all should be revealing in how the FBI manipulates the compliant press regarding Timmy.

These FBI corrupts should be punished in such a way that they will rue their actions. Their families should suffer for the agent’s improprieties in horrific and graphic ways. Once they realize their Mothers, Sisters, wives and children are going to be involved in punishment this will stop cold.
