Rent is...a fools game.
I know, I know...what you gonna do to begin with?
But, save, save, save and then buy and you won’t
be paying for someone else’s property.
A lesson I didn’t learn for far too long.
There’s nothing wrong with renting. It still provides a basic human need: Shelter. Plus people are mobile and maybe want to live in an area for a couple of years to check it out before deciding to stay and buy a home or move.
