This is a Constitutional crisis. How do we fix a fraudulent federal election? Who has standing and ability to do so?

I suspect courts will be hands off, so it is the legislature, but how? They can appoint a replacement VP, like with Ford. So, take to the streets and demand Biden and Harris resign, demand the House appoint Trump and Pence, who by all accounts should have been seated?

We're almost half-way through Biden and Harris failed administration, so that, even as a failure, has momentum.

Yes, that could be a winning solution for Democrats to seat Trump now--more than half of term left so he would be 'lame duck' and out in 2024. Democrats could--like already--just continue to blame him for all of the country's ills. Everyone could focus on 2024--DiSantis and AOC? That would be a great matchup.

Anyway, I think there is sufficient information to conclude that Trump either won or would have won if there were no interference or fraud. At a minimum, Biden and Harris should resign. Let the House of Representatives seat replacements as I think that is the Constitutional approach.
