Any lawyers who even breath a mild inference that the election wasn’t above board risk losing their livelihoods... after their homes are ransacked by the FBI.

***********************************************************

On the morning of April 19, 1775, 77 men and boys stood on the Concord Green facing 700 British Regulars with drums beating. No doubt these 77 men and boys were scared to death and, indeed, some of them ran. But, most of them stood their ground and did not run. Minutes later 8 of them were dead. So, they lost more than their “livlihood”.

WHAT We need NOW is for those that won’t run to stand up and be heard in this fight/war we are in with the marxist democrats and their partner marxist media. Failing that, we too will lose more than our “livelihoods” to the marxists/media/democratic party complex.

“”Are there better security systems in place for November???
Or will they cheat again???””

I’m not expecting anything different for November and it’s pretty disgusting.

Every law must be enforceable (or at least operable), or it is not a law but merely a suggestion.

Therefore, every breach of law must have a remedy, or the law is not enforceable and is invalid.

You seem to be saying, “Better luck next time,” while discussing something so egregious as to warrant the dissolution of the present government.

Would you have told the citizens of Germany that the NAZIs must be obeyed because it is the law? Would you have advised the founders that the King of England must be obeyed, even if his decrees and demands are unjust?

At what point do we say, “Enough!”?

IANAL, but I think I remember reading here on FR that the Deep State has pretty much scared off any competent attorneys that may take on work for Trump.

Right.

Anyone claims to my face that we're not in a banana republic is going to get punched.

No need to take up arms without authority.

You can have authority, a badge, and a gun. You can have these today.

Your elected Sheriff is the most powerful Constitutional law enforcement authority in your life, who took an oath to defend your rights under the Constitution.

1. Your Sheriff has the authority to deputize you.
2. Your Sheriff has the power to arrest federal agents.
3. Your Sheriff has the authority to launch criminal investigations including into voting and election crimes.

Trump was true: “ They are coming for YOU! I’m just in the way.”

And the lefty Utopian Fascists say there is no Red Wave? Buahahahahahahahaha!

This time the election will be level and square, or it will be whole red states rejecting the federal government.

Yes, the lack of legitimacy of the Congress, POTUS and his judiciary can be asserted in a kind of Jeffersonian nullification process. However, constitutionally, the issue is who has the right to reject the federal government?

This goes to the whole business of "standing" which the courts keep citing but never define. Presumably, a violation of the Guarantee Clause, (Article IV, Section 4 of the United States Constitution), which guarantees a "Republican form of government" can be asserted by state actors, most likely the state legislature acting as a whole or the state AG. It's a constitutional crisis which can lead to succession if not remedied or the splintering of the U.S. into separate Red and Blue countries. I still think that with the right majority in the House willing to use the power of the purse to punish the urban areas engaged in massive election fraud, something can be done peacefully, but be prepared for that to get labeled "racist", what the Dems always do now.

Looks and sounds good in theory but in today’s political climate, it’s hoping for too much IMO. Maybe yesteryear!!!!

I am not a fan of Brad and I have known him personally for about 12 years. His opponent wants to eliminate voter ID and bring back unsecured drop boxes. You are wrong about it being the same as picking the dem.

You may be right about “follow the money”. Both R and D election officials want to fund their bureaucracies. Guess who can print money to fund them?.... and bypass state legislatures, which have always be an headache for bureaucrats.

The Federal Government is like a giant armored truck that drives around with its back doors open with money blowing out into the street. Every Congresscritter wants that truck driving around his/her district or state. Shut off that money flow, and Congresscritters get very nervous and pliant.
