The justification for a massive military invasion of another country is, and should be, very high. There isn't a damn thing Ukraine did that remotely approaches that.

Putin invaded Ukraine because he wanted Ukraine to be part of Russia again, or at least under the control of a Moscow puppet. That's blindingly obvious to any remotely fair minded-person.
