You mean like announcing that you were going to drive the Russians out of Kherson, waiting for the Russians to send in reinforcements, then destroying the bridges behind them?

Ukraine doesn't need to take Kherson, now. Those unsupplied troops aren't going anywhere.

That's a big river. Fifty years ago the Soviets used to have a lot of ribbon bridges. I wonder how many of them still work?
