The world’s richest man, Elon Musk, was handed a win on Thursday by a Delaware judge in his attempt to terminate his $44 billion acquisition of Twitter.
Although Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick declared in her four-page ruling that Musk’s demands were “absurdly broad” and would “require Plaintiff to produce trillions upon trillions of data points,” she ordered Twitter to deliver data on over 9,000 accounts to his legal team.

While I know it’s supposed to be a “snapshot”...wanna bet all of the accts will be Twitter Blue Checks that have had accts for numerous years? Any co-conspirator organizations that can steal an election can swap out a few measly thousand Twitter accts fraudulently.
You do not become world’s richest man at such young age as Elon Musk without possessing extraordinary qualities.
I think the judge is absurdly ignorant about technical issues. But I’m glad Musk got a win.
I’ve quite enjoyed watching Twatter self destruct.
The only people denying that Twitter is 65% bots, are the bots protecting their deep state paychecks.
So have I. These anonymous social platforms have expedited the devolution of a once civil, freedom loving, and free speech nation the world has copied many times over. Not certain, but I think it started with Myspace, then Facebook, then Instagram, then Twitter, and now Tic crock.
I may not have the order correct, but along with the marxist training (now grooming) of our youth, these platforms have contributed to our downfall. So many can just say such awful crap while thinking they have something of import to say, and of course these morons want their moment of fame with their stupid videos.
It's like the movie "Jackass" is repeated 10,000 times a day. I joined Facebook to locate old friends and shipmates. I left after having to watch the inane mundane posts about someone running 20 seconds longer. Why do these idiots think every moment of their lives from breakfast to bed needs to be shared with the frigging world?
How empty and pointless are their little lives? Yes, I realize that some talk about important stuff like Bad Orange Man and Climate Change and still Covid and every other doom scenario they copy from each other. They just repeat what they see and hear from the MSM and their teachers.
Musk’s ask was reasonable. How can Twitter not know how many human accounts they have? Musk doesn’t want bits. He wants information.

Bingo!!!!! That is the bedrock of the entire social media movement, and will be their downfall if they ever realize that. It will take time as just in our high school days, peer pressure was everything.

Millions and millions of data points? First I ever heard of a “too hard to do,” ruling. Evidently, if the scam is too far reaching, we just have to accept it as a done deal.
