I don’t care fir it. Reminds me of the flag fervor after 9-11. Every fast food cup and bag was festooned with the flag, and they were laying in the gutter.

Doesn't remind of that at all.

Fast food companies who may or may not care about the flag, giving away flags to customers who may or may not care about the flag, is not the same thing as five patriotic kids taking the time to paint the flag.
