If people weren't so damn lazy and gullible, and actually read articles before commenting on them, it wouldn't have been an issue. It's gotten pathetic. People too often choose to believe whatever spin is handed to them without thinking for themselves. Critical reading and thinking is a disappearing skill.
No wonder the country is in such a mess.
