Navy Exceeds 1,500 COVID-19 Vaccine Refusal Separations
US Naval Institute ^ | 08/24/2022 | Heather Mongillo

The Navy separated 67 sailors over the past month for refusing to get vaccinated against COVID-19, the sea service announced Wednesday.

The Navy has so far separated 1,187 active-duty sailors and 324 reservists since it mandated vaccinations against COVID-19 following the FDA licensure of the Pfizer vaccine, now called Comirnaty.

Of the 67 sailors separated in the past month, 66 were active-duty while one was a reservist. The 1,187 separations do not include 22 separations for sailors in their first 180 days of service.

There are still 3,000 active-duty and 3,376 reserve sailors that are not vaccinated, according to the sea service’s monthly update. This includes sailors who have requested a religious exemption, as the Navy is currently barred from separating sailors with religious waiver requests due to a ruling in the District Court of Texas.

Government officials, including Secretary of the Navy Carlos Del Toro, are currently appealing the case in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

The service has granted 21 permanent and 189 temporary medical exemptions to active-duty sailors. It gave three permanent and 55 temporary ones to reservists.

This has nothing to do with health. It is a part of the purge by the left that has infiltrated our schools, media, corporations, our courts, and law enforcement.

So essentially, Slow Joe and the Ho took six destroyers out of service.

This government might as well be a Chinese submarine.

Life is an ongoing exercise of crossing the line just to see what one can get away with. Mao once said it. Something about proceeding when the bayonet hits grass.

Your bosses at work will do the same thing. They have to impress their bosses. They won’t stop as long as they can get away with it. Imagine telling a Japanese fighter pilot to fly his plane into the side of an American battleship.

My experience: I'm retired aircrew in the Navy. Our Navy Flight Surgeon (a Lieutenant Commander) at NAS Key West used Moderna for our vaccine. I've had no problems since.

>I'm still an active pilot.

Our flight surgeon is responsible for all members in flight status; including the East Coast Top Gun contingent, some of the Blue Angels, shipboard officers, enlisted maintenance sailors, and all of the local reserve members.

This is just my single observation. Your observations are welcome!

“I’m still an active pilot.”

I’m an active sheep. Fixed it

That’s very anecdotal. The problems are exceedingly well documented and widespread. Saying it worked fine for you is like saying you blindfolded yourself and crossed the interstate at 3am.
You can probably get away with it numerous times, but that didn’t make it a choog or safe choice.

As you are aware, such bad habits people get away with are found all through aviation.

The bottom line, your flight surgeon had no choice in it so it’s not like he examined it and decided it’s ok. He followed orders and rationalized to keep a good job. And it is exceedingly unlikely he got to choose. If you would have Moderna is widely regarded as worst of the lot.

These so called religious exemptions are nothing more than a request for a medical waiver. The first of the requests were not based upon religious needs but upon the use of fetal cells in the testing and use of the vaccines until the argument started and the troops wishing the exemption switched to religious. The reason why it can’t be a religious waiver is because they have already in their lives received numerous vaccines that used the same process of using aborted fetal cells in their development and there was no problem with those. So this is not a religious stance, it is a political one. And there is no waiver for that. And even though fetal cells are used to grow vaccine viruses, vaccines do not contain these cells or pieces of DNA that are recognizable as human DNA.

https://www.chop.edu/centers-programs/vaccine-education-center/vaccine-ingredients/fetal-tissues

Vaccines that contain the use in development of fetal cells can include: varicella (chickenpox), rubella (the “R” in the MMR vaccine), hepatitis A, hepatitus B, rabies, shingles, measles, mumps, polio, diphtheria, tetanus, and sepsis to name some. There has been no outcry on these. So there is no reason to complain on the covid vaccine calling it a religious venue.
And factually, I find it borderline dishonest to used that as an excuse. If they just came out and said they don’t trust, the vaccines and don’t want to take them, that would be telling the truth. But using an untruth to accomplish a goal. That can be called a lie.

And for those that say they would have refused those other vaccines if hey had known, I still haven’t heard a single word from anyone about getting inoculated for measles, mumps, rubella, tetinus or polio. Just covid.

As far as the fauci flu, the US Navy brass has behaved not as officers, but as thugs ... ignorant, mindless bullies “just following orders”.

“...Moderna is widely regarded as worst of the lot”

The J&J almost killed me (maybe I spoke too soon there). I would have to take the Moderna to see if it was worse.

..........I like your analogy about crossing the Interstate at 3 a.m.

I have another REAL one for Ace’s Dad. It is that my older sister, an RN but 200lbs overweight, DOES NOT have diabetes. I have had it for 40 odd years and am in near perfect height/weight proportions and overall health.

Given emerging data and mysterious deaths, Ace’s Dad, so far, has been blessed.

Just remembered, articles here on FR. There was recent whistle blower flight surgeon (air force?) that reported numerous pilots with cardiac issues that had to be grounded because of the vaxx.

Wonder how they deal with pilots, who owe the service some payback years, who are looking to get out anyway. Vax refusal may be their meal ticket.

It’s not a vaccine.
It’s not safe.
It’s not effective.
It won’t stop you getting or passing the covid.
It’s not FDA approved which the order demands so it can’t be followed.
It has severe and not rare side effects including death.
And it’s made with dead babies.

Your point?

Just follow orders?

Fetus grew for the purpose of vaccines is religious. You are either pro-life or you are not. I think I know what you are

Consider yourself lucky (so far)... and don’t get any boosters or you may have a different “anecdotal experience” to tell.

Quite the contrary, some have been threatened with paying back their very expensive education or training. Also less then honorable discharge.

Not everybody has their eyes closed to the damage the vaxxine can cause.

I have a relative in the navy and he refuesed the jab on religious grounds that were denied. He was then told he would be given an honorable discharge this last March, even set the date and then yanked it back after he had got a job lined up and was ready to move.

Then the navy said we want you to stay, how about you stay and we don’t make you take the jab, all you have to do is withdraw your religious exemption request. His response was why would I do that you have already denied that request and you want me to withdraw it now? He refused, so now he is serving the remainder of his enlistment in the the states. He’s so disappointed in the direction the navy has taken in the last two years. No officers worthy of trust or respect just lies and blind woke BS.

“The first of the requests were not based upon religious needs but upon the use of fetal cells in the testing...”

Umm, objecting to the use of fetal cells IS a religious (or conscience) based request, not a medical one.
