Read this FR Post, read all of it. It's not too long or complicated:

You do not need to analyze anything in the CVRs; you need only get a copy.
You might simply call and have them emailed or downloaded. Or you might have to go into your County Clerk’s office to pick them up. BUT DO SO SOON.
Once you have County’s CVRs, you will be connected with national coordinators. You may also contact your County Sheriff according to the discussion in the above FR link.
The only real way to prevent election fraud is to execute the fraudsters immediately on detection
I sent my phone number and email. Haven’t received even an automated reply. How long does it take?
Thanks for activating yourself. Keep trying.
I would telephone until I got a live person.
As a last resort, I’d go into the Clerk’s office. But first I’d try to get info over the phone, who us the custodian? How are re CRVs acquired?
If in a Texas County, I’d get a copy of Attorney General Paxton’s order that County Clerks make copies of CVRs available.
If outside a Texas County, I’d show the Paxton order to my State Attorney General’s Office and ask, “is there anything like this in our state?” This step is not necessary but might be helpful.
Hopefully, it will be easy where you are.
