Nonsense story that will get headlines in no-name conservative blogs (like waynedupree.com or americangreatness) but no one outside this echo chamber will even know about it much less care about it.
Don’t hold your breath waiting for ANYONE to be held to account for ANY of the criminality, dishonesty, and malfeasance of the FBI, or waiting for the republicant’s to do ANYTHING about any of it.
I think the vast majority in the FBI don’t know anything specific.
What juror would ever believe the testimony of an FBI agent or "expert"? Knowing that, what prosecutor would ever put them on the stand?
How useless is a government law agency where few people will accept their testimony?
It's always been tainted; now it's just openly so.

The lies and cover-ups have been going on at the Eff Bee Eye for a long long time. They have a lot of practice in the art of corruption, and they have even built a culture to promote and enforce such abuses.
Someone posited to a friend of mine that the more one thinks about Sept 11 and the tip from the Minneapolis office (Middle Eastern-types in flight schools to learn about flying jets, but not about landing) that the Dee Cee Eff Bee Eye folks would not pursue .... well, .... seems like the Feds might have known a terror strike was afoot. And they thought they had the situation in hand.
But somehow ... they got played ... and the plot was executed faster than the FeeBIes anticipated.
Where is the evidence? Who knows.
