There will be many FHA loans especially that will be served papers starting in the next 3-4 months.
FHA loans are high loan to value notes. Many are 95% of the value of the property. So, depending on when the loan was made will depend on the current equity in the property.

We went with residential solar late last Fall, and even in winter we could run our heat pumps on just solar.
Can’t run them at night, but if we had to we could keep the house comfortable during the day and chilly, ahem, at night.

My bills for summer energy consumption were within 5% of amount used year over year. However the 2021 cost was $435 for July. This year 2022 the bill was $683.
