And the night is dark and full of terrors.
my guess is it’s mostly those in the south from summer AC bills,
and the north will be right behind them with their heating bills this winter...
D**n that Donald Trump!
Well, let’s jack up inflation with student loan forgiveness and then big fat subsidies for electric cars so the grid will crash...
That should help... /s
Maybe Biden should forgive the first $10,000 worth of utility bill debt.
Side note to Joe: If you’re planning to do that, please give me time to rack up some utility bill debt. It would only be the fair thing to do.
heretics...
I have been able to stay away from my credit cards except for “emergency” items. If they want to help people get those Delaware based companies to lower their I Teresa rates. Folks will never get above water with 23% rates.
Imagine the cost of heating oil and natural gas this winter.
Impending ‘heating oil shortage drives up prices, delays deliveries to rural areas. Women and minorities hit hardest’ stories within 60 days.
What’s it really mean on ‘behind’? $100, $500, $1000 or more?
Don't worry, senile Sleepy Joe's handlers are addressing that terrible situation (under his "watch") by erasing, forgiving, and canceling many tens of billions of dollars of student loan debt for 175,000 federal workers. Thus, the predicament of "20 million Americans ... behind on their utility bills" - PROBLEM SOLVED!
You see, the senile Sleepy Joe puppet is always Thinking ten steps ahead of you and me! That Puppet is literally a Genius!
Interest rates. I hate auto correct.
How do you rack up utility bill debt to the tune of (on average) $790? If I don’t pay my FPL bill, I assume the power will be turned off.
Do these same people go to restaurants and eat a 5 course meal and tell the server “We’ll have to circle back w/ you. No money”...
You can pretty much ignore the MSM who are just as wrong on the economic forecasts as they were about covid, global warming, Trump, etc etc.
I see NO reason for optimism that our economy is going to turn around and many signs that a depression is not out of the question if things do not get turned around fast (and they won’t - the left is doubling down on “fail”).
Sold my large home ($700 month power bill) last summer and am in an apartment until I finalize my plans. Each month, even last summer, the power bill has been right at 125. It’s 180 this month - a 45% increase! I hate to think what the folks who bought my home are paying now.
I'm in a similar situation. I was able to bigly reduce our utility bills. Every time we read about higher energy costs my wife things I'm genius. But I hate it for the average American who can't reduce how much energy they buy from the utility.
Inadequate supplies played a key role in the losses suffered by the army as well. Davidov and other Russian campaign participants record wholesale surrenders of starving members of the Grande Armée even before the onset of the frosts.
Caulaincourt describes men swarming over and cutting up horses that slipped and fell, even before the horse had been killed.
thank God i burn coal...
