That act is one of terrorism that could easily ended in violence.
That’s a political act, against a elected member of Congress. The penalty should be to hang by the neck till dead. I may not agree with many people in Congress, but endangering lives like this for political reasons is Treason. Start Hanging the left wing nuts.

Every time this happens to a Republican, one prominent Democrat (politician, judge, celebutard, whatever) should be lynched.
That should make the problem stop, but it would be even more beneficial in the long run if they kept it up.
