We're now in the final stretch of primaries for the 2022 midterm elections that will prove consequential for the second half of President Joe Biden's first term, with voters in Florida and New York deciding contests within their own parties ahead of the general election that's now just over 10 weeks away. There's also the Republican U.S. Senate runoff in Oklahoma to finalize the GOP candidate who will seek to finish the remainder of retiring U.S. Senator Jim Inhofe's term.

I didn’t see a thread for today’s primaries. If there is one someone point me to it and I’ll ask the mods to delete this one. It’s going to be interesting to watch Florida’s results and compare them to the polling.
I voted today for T. W. Shannon to replace Inhofe.
That one is going to be an interesting one to watch as well. I’m also curious to see the turn-out numbers for dems vs. gop in Florida.
I voted in the Florida Primaries today. My first time voting in Florida in over 20 years. My polling place is in a small town in Central Florida. There were about six poll workers, one poll watcher (a scowling POC giving me the stink eye, almost certainly a democRAT), and me, the only voter the whole time I was there. The poll workers I spoke to said it was very slow all day and I was there at about 10:30 a.m. EDT. Judges and school board were on the ballot regardless of which party primary a person was voting in. A good opportunity to make a local impact in the fight against marxism.
Personally, I think markwayne & shannon are better reps for okla senators than langkford
voting in my fl hood is the same...no shows...
DeSantis not having primary opposition will tend to keep Republican participation down. Areas with an interesting primary, like the district Loomer is running for, should trend higher.
LS, any comments? Or are you commenting elsewhere we should watch?
LOL...yep my family in Okieland think the same thing. They think lankford is a dipstick first class...and that’s the polite version of their comments...:)
I totally agree with you….
Evidently there is a special election in NY today in CD 19 I believe. The criminal liberal media here in NY are calling it a litmus test of Roe v Wade. Of course in their reporting they named the rat in the election yet never named the GOP candidate who I believe is Marc Molinaro.
Call a couple people to get out and vote. There’s still time. I was just reading somewhere that most school board and other local races are won by 200 votes or less
I agree but neither is running against Langford.
Too bad
Loomer lost. She’s my district. Stuck with Webster again. Oh well Laura actually didn’t do that bad considering.
Well, poo. A RINO who doesn’t see the fraud of 11/3-4/2020 is not good.
Yep. November’s going to be fun voting for Webster and rubio once again. Of course, I’ll remind myself of voting for DeSantis again and that will make me happy.
Hey, I have Kemp and Raffensberger here.
Kemp I can hold my nose for. Raffy, I’m not so sure.
That is worse. I’ll give you that for sure.
