Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin (R) will be heading to at least five more states amid growing speculation that he might run for president in 2024.

Kristin Davison, a political adviser to the governor, confirmed to The Hill that he will be traveling to Georgia, Kansas, Nevada, Oregon and New Mexico, where he’s seeking to hold rallies with the GOP gubernatorial candidate in each state.

I’m betting that whoever Presa Trump picks for that spot, they’re going to be more like him than pence and the rest of the country club Republican establishment folks.

The days of him thinking that he has to appease and reach out to the McConnell crowd are over. And if my math is right, after winking in 2024, the election cycles will have every incumbent running

There is still a CRT problem with VA schools. Why doesn’t Glenn work on his ONE THING before he bites off more...

Does anyone actually so their job or does everyone just try to get money by running for President?

This guy would be a disaster. Trump needs a VP who isn’t looking to be President. Repukes are awful. Maybe a few of the women would fit best but who knows. Don’t really trust any of them.

Nothing worse than one who signs up for a full term, then bails for higher office. Would he actually expect voters in his state to support him?

THIS IS ridiculous.

He was successful in one political endeavor and NOW HE WANTS TO BE PRESIDENT.

I like the guy, but for Pete’s sake...

Not many have the eclectic and successful background that President Trump has.

He better not be. He needs to stay in VA and do his job. If he pulls this—no way woudl I vote for him. He’s doing a good job in VA but he was part of the Carlyle Group (Bush family) and it could be a sign that the Karl Rove section of the GOP is guiding him.

I wont. His term in VA isn’t up until 2025. He woudl need to declare and start campaigning in the next year. He’s only allowed 1 term in VA so if he blows us off for the big league he will lose support. The Deep State may want him to split the vote against Trump.

Kaine plans to run for VA Governor again so maybe they can switch places.

I think he should focus on governing his state. DeSantis is winning, because he’s out there actually governing.

Youngkin isn't doing anything DeSantis isn't doing right now; governing a state while supporting other races.

Neither man has made any comments hinting at higher office. Of course, neither man has flatly denied such ambitions either.

A Youngkin presidential bid, same for a DeSantis presidential bid right now, are nothing more than speculation from third parties.

I'd gladly vote for either man.

Youngkin pretty much bought the Republican convention by throwing money at pols/consultants to get endorsements/support.

He then lucked out that the Dems pushed the woke agenda so much that parents got mad and gave him an issue - prior to the Loudoun kerfluffel he was running on playing basketball and being a cook in college.
