President Joe Biden’s White House was intimately involved in the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) criminal probe into former President Donald Trump, according to government documents reviewed by Just The News.
Several correspondences between Trump’s attorneys and members of the Biden administration revealed that the federal government appeared poised to waive Trump’s claims of executive privilege over documents that Trump kept at Mar-a-Lago until earlier this year.

This amounts to an ex-post-facto executive order making something Trump did in the past which was legal when he did it, now illegal.
Allowing ex-post-facto “laws” is a pernicious method to destroy your political enemies. You look back at whatever they did in the past, then craft a law making what they did illegal retroactively. There is no legal means of protection against a system that allows this to occur.
That was my thought. They have plausible deniability. The “White House” had no knowledge. It is just a building. The President had no knowledge. He can’t remember what he said 15 minutes ago and hardly remembers what kind of ice cream is for dinner. No one at the White House knew anything. However, Obama and his hidden army (or whoever controls him) knew everything, and in fact were the architects of this action. So when the black lesbian stands at the podium and says “The White house knows ‘nothing’, she is stating a fact.
Violating Trump’s (or ANY president’s) privilege is absolute tyranny. It ends Constitutional government and destroys rule of law.

You are correct in your assessment above, but this is happening elsewhere already - consider the Jan 6th Committee that does NOT even qualify under the prior rules and precedent of congress as a legitimate committee.
It is invalid and makes the “speaker of the house” into a dictator (no minority assignment of members) yet the DOJ and FBI have arrested two people for contempt of congress who (again, using precedent of executive privilege) defied them.
Let us play out the “Jan 6th Committee” and the logic they are using..... what if 4 members of congress on their own and without the consent of either the minority or majority leader wanted to subpeona Trump and he refused to appear citing executive privilege so they tell the FBI/DOJ to arrest him?
Legally, that is no different than the cases against Bannon or Navarro (who acted to preserve Trump’s privilege) - it just skips the middleman and goes right to the main target (Trump).
We live in dangerous times and ANY republicrat who acts like a soft noodle about “bi-partisanship” or congeniality with the other side of the aisle must be spit out immediately.
